Assembly:

1. Automatic warehousing (products are automatically stacked onto multiple shelves through transportation lifting mechanisms, occupying a small area and saving space)         
2.AGV carts prepare products for production on the production line

3. Loading from the hoist 

4. The mechanical arm takes and assembles (replacing the heavy labor of the operator)

5. Mechanical arm for product tin welding (replacing manual hazardous operations) 
6. Three axis glue dispensing machine applies glue (sealing the gaps between product shells)
7. High temperature furnace curing (accelerating the effect of adhesive curing)
8. Laser marking
9. Unloading by the hoist
10. AGV carts transport products to automatic storage stations

Testing:

Visual inspection, resistance detection, airtight leakage testing, room temperature calibration, low temperature calibration, high temperature calibration, calibration data writing, helium leakage detection, final product testing;

All workstations are controlled by PLC, interchangeable, and each job process has MES traceability function
