2. Three axis dispensing machine for gluing (sealing the gaps between product shells)

3. The mechanical arm takes and assembles (replacing the heavy labor of the operator)

4. Automatically screw and lock the product housing (precise positioning, controllable torque)

5. The product flows to the next stage of the process

Detection:

Visual inspection, resistance testing, and final product testing

All workstations are controlled by PLC, interchangeable, and each job process has MES traceability function
