The 3-Axis Dispensing System features a high-precision XYZ motion platform for fully programmable dispensing of dots, lines, arcs, and complex contours.
Depending on the adhesive properties, dispensing volume, and process requirements, the system can be equipped with needle valves, progressive cavity valves, piston valves, or other precision dispensing technologies. Optional functions such as 2-component metering and mixing, vision positioning, automatic nozzle cleaning, material heating, and process monitoring can also be integrated.
With high flexibility and repeatability, the system is suitable for automated production of a wide range of components, helping improve dispensing consistency, productivity, and overall product quality.
