Flat Wire Motor Stator Sampling Line

Flat wire stator is the core winding component of new energy vehicle drive motors, directly determining motor power density and energy efficiency.


HOLS Automation’s custom non-standard flat wire stator sampling line covers automatic winding forming, precision press-fitting, stator dripping coating, laser welding and electrical performance inspection. Supported by full-process data traceability and closed-loop servo positioning, this pilot sampling line complies with IATF 16949 standards to support prototype verification and small-batch trial production for electric drive Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Origami: Insulation paper pre folded;
  • Straightening: straightening the coil copper wire;
  • 2D forming: 2D bending of copper wire;
  • 3D forming: 3D bending of copper wire;
  • Manual insertion: Manually insert copper wire into the stator;
  • Winding pressing: The servo press presses the copper wire into the stator;
  • Twist: Twist the copper wire winding head;
