Air suspension shock absorbers are core components of ESS electronic suspension and CDC continuous damping control systems, responsible for vehicle vibration damping and ride comfort adjustment for new energy and luxury vehicles.

HOLS Automation’s custom non-standard turnkey assembly & testing line integrates precision press-fitting, laser welding, helium leak testing for air tightness inspection, performance calibration and full EOL testing. Equipped with full-process data traceability and closed-loop servo control, the line eliminates air leakage and inconsistent damping output, fully meeting IATF 16949 standards for mass production of MRC magnetorheological dampers, air springs and CDC shock absorbers for chassis Tier 1 manufacturers.
