
Flat Wire Motor Stator Varnish Dripping & Coating Automated Production Line
Specially developed for new energy vehicle (NEV) hair-pin and I-pin stator manufacturing, our Flat Wire Motor Stator Dripping Coating Equipment delivers integrated stator varnish dispensing, conformal coating and insulation impregnation procedures. This full automatic stator varnishing assembly line supports high-throughput mass production with an annual output capacity of up to 100,000 stators.
The equipment enables ultra-fast product changeover to adapt to stators with different stack heights and outer diameters, equipped with full-process data traceability system to meet strict automotive quality control standards. Matched with precision dispensing valves, automatic glue supply systems and dynamic mixing units, it performs void-free stator dripping coating, flat wire insulation treatment and winding end potting.
Compatible with in-line vacuum potting machines and multi-layer curing ovens, the whole production line covers complete workflows including automatic varnish dripping, vacuum impregnation, thermal curing and testing. It is widely adopted for EV motor stator insulation coating, rotor varnish processing, high-voltage busbar thermal potting and new energy electric drive component encapsulation, perfectly matching automated dispensing cells for automotive power electronics manufacturing.
