Micro Feeding Screw Valve
The integrated solution for micro dispensing is a big challenge for micro dispensing due to the complex geometric shape of the workpiece - for example, when applying sealing beads to the component casing or adhesive during the bonding process. Our volumetric screw metering valve will be a great solution for this situation. They are designed specifically for the continuous application of pasty adhesives, sealants, and sealing materials. Due to its working principle, it allows for very gentle and low pulsation feeding of shear sensitive and high viscosity media. In addition, these systems provide a high degree of flexibility in handling variable amounts of glue or applying glue to different workpieces. Customers can also benefit from the shortest downtime and low maintenance costs, thereby reducing overall operating costs.
