Micro Feeding Screw Valve
The integrated solution for micro dispensing is a real challenge for micro dispensing due to the complex geometric shape of the workpiece - for example, when applying sealing beads to the component casing or adhesive during the bonding process. Our volumetric screw metering valve is the solution. They are designed specifically for the continuous application of paste adhesives, sealants, and sealing materials. Due to its working principle, it allows for very gentle and low pulsation feeding of shear sensitive and high viscosity media   In addition, these systems provide a high degree of flexibility in handling variable amounts of glue or applying glue to different workpieces.
