Our advanced Dynamic Mixing Dispensing System is engineered for automated adhesive dispensing, potting and thermal gap filling workflows, specially tailored for PTC-structured battery cells, battery PACK assemblies and internal structural encapsulation of new energy lithium batteries. By precisely dispensing thermal conductive adhesives and gap fillers, this equipment effectively lifts the overall energy density, structural stability and long-term operational reliability of new energy battery packs.
Equipped with interchangeable multi-model dynamic mixing heads, the system perfectly adapts to low-pressure vacuum potting processes and low-viscosity glue dispensing requirements. It supports two-component AB epoxy, silicone and polyurethane materials, paired with matched vacuum pressure plate pump feeding systems to deliver consistent, bubble-free glue supply without air entrapment.
Compatible with precision screw dispensing valves and gear metering pumps, this dynamic mixing dispensing unit integrates seamlessly with in-line vacuum potting machines and curing ovens. It covers mainstream new energy manufacturing scenarios including cylindrical cell gap potting, battery tray sealing, battery pack vibration damping potting and thermal propagation suppression encapsulation, serving as core dispensing equipment for lithium battery, BMS and power semiconductor production lines.

  • 360 degree turbocharged needle high-pressure tap water (solvent-free) is used to clean the mixing head in all directions, thoroughly removing residual glue in the mixing head;
  • Adopting the "Stop Drop DVS-3" axial locking system, it has the characteristics of anti drip and maintenance free;
  • The automatic constant pressure valve is designed using high-precision imported pressure sensors and fluid mechanics principles to ensure that the feeding pressure is always constant, making the discharge more stable and accurate;
  • The mixing head adopts a vortex flow channel design to ensure a more uniform and thorough mixing of raw materials;
  • The mixing head is driven by a servo motor, and the mixing speed can be flexibly set according to the requirements of the raw materials;
  • Using a pneumatic pinhole spray valve to dry the mixing head, the blowing time can be freely set according to needs;
  • Designed with aviation grade aluminum alloy and chromium steel materials, it maximizes the service life of the components;
