After using the glue dispenser for a period of time, it needs to be cleaned. Suzhou and Lishi editors will introduce the cleaning procedures of the glue dispenser:
 
 
1 Please acknowledge the adhesive cleaner with the adhesive supplier
2 Close the valve at the bottom of the AB bucket
3 Operate the equipment to dispense glue and dispense the remaining glue from the valve, high-pressure PTFE pipe, and inside the AB pump. Investigate the change in the amount of glue at the dispensing port of the valve and determine that the internal glue has been drained
4 Enclosed equipment main power supply
5 Open the rubber hose at the bottom of the bucket, open the valve, and discharge the remaining glue from the bucket.


6. Close the valve at the bottom of the barrel, pour an appropriate amount of cleaning agent into the barrel, and thoroughly clean the remaining glue on the barrel wall and bottom
7 Open the valve at the bottom of the bucket and discharge the sewage. The bucket must not have any residue
8 Remove pump AB and clean the glue inside the pump (personnel who have undergone pump disassembly and assembly training are required to operate this item)
9 Install the clean AB pump back into its original position and connect it to the barrel hose from the beginning
10 Replace high-pressure PTFE pipes
11 Pour in new glue
12 Open the device, jog the glue for 3-5 minutes, and acknowledge that the glue is dispensing normally
13 Allocate AB glue ratio from scratch. Following the above process, cleaning all machines thoroughly and then changing the glue to apply glue usually does not result in any quality issues
