The application fields of glue filling machines include:

General classification

(1) Simple glue filling machines, consisting of two material barrels and one cylinder, which press the glue out and mix it under the pressure of gas, with a general ratio of about 1:1. They are mainly used in some low-end products that do not have strict requirements for the glue filling process.


(2) Semi automatic glue dispenser, this type of glue dispenser can achieve automatic mixing of various proportions of glue. However, this type of glue dispenser does not have a motion control platform and directly injects glue into the product to be filled. It is generally suitable for LED energy-saving lights and power supplies

(3) Automatic glue dispenser. This type of glue dispenser can not only achieve automatic mixing of multiple ratios of glue, but also meet the requirements of mixing and pouring glue in the ratio range of 1:1 to 10:1. It is equipped with a motion control platform and can walk in straight or three-dimensional paths. Among them, the more high-end ones that walk in three-dimensional paths are generally controlled by computers and suitable for various types of products. Automatic gluing machines are used for large-area gluing of products that require relatively uniform gluing, with LED modules being the most commonly used for gluing

(4) Online gluing machine, this type of gluing machine has the highest degree of automation, and the assembly line is fully automatic for gluing operations. It has been successfully used for gluing operations on battery covers and bubble lights assembly lines.


There are two main control operation modes for domestic glue dispensers, namely touch screen control and computer control:

Firstly, touch screen control

The embedded touch screen controls the proportion of glue mixing, the amount of glue, and the speed of glue dispensing.


Secondly, computer control

The computer control panel is used to set the relevant glue filling path, which is simple and fast. The deviation of the glue filling position can be clearly seen through the visual system, so as to handle it as soon as possible and ensure the quality of the glue filling product.
